More Nutrition Pre-Workout 4.0: everyday-friendly dosing with 6 g of L-citrulline malate, 3 g of creatine and vitamin B6 per daily serving, among others. Available in two variants — with a moderate caffeine content (120 mg) or completely caffeine-free.

Buy pre-workout at Flavour Heaven — with or without caffeine

Anyone looking to buy a pre-workout finds two variants in the Every Workout 4.0 line from More Nutrition with identical active-ingredient matrix — the only difference: caffeine or no caffeine. Per daily portion (18 g) both variants deliver, among other things, 6 g L-citrulline malate, 3 g creatine (from creatine monohydrate), 1.5 g L-tyrosine, 1 g L-carnitine (from L-carnitine L-tartrate), 1 g coconut water powder, 200 mg glucosyl hesperidin (CITRAPEAK®), 100 mg ginseng root extract and 0.70 mg vitamin B6 (50 % NRV*). The with-caffeine variant adds 120 mg of caffeine. Flavor for both: Sour Pink Grapefruit. 270 g per tin = 15 daily portions. ✓

What is a pre-workout drink — and why 4.0?

A pre-workout is a drink consumed before training to support training readiness and active-ingredient supply to working muscles. Classic “hardcore” formulas rely on 250–400 mg of caffeine per portion plus beta-alanine — that’s a buzz, but it’s not for everyone or every day. Every Workout 4.0 takes a different approach: everyday-friendly active-ingredient amounts, clearly declared, with or without caffeine. The “4.0” stands for the fourth iteration of the More Nutrition pre-workout line — deliberately calibrated for the moderate mainstream use case.

Frequently asked questions about Every Workout 4.0

When is the best time to take pre-workout?

Dissolve 1 scoop (18 g) in about 350 ml of cold water, briefly shake or stir, drink about 20–30 minutes before training. With the with-caffeine variant: take with a clear distance to bedtime (caffeine half-life about 5 hours).

With or without caffeine — which makes more sense for me?

With caffeine makes sense if you train in the morning or midday, start your day without coffee or need a clear mental push — the 120 mg per portion is well below the EFSA single-portion guidance of 200 mg. Caffeine-free is the right choice for evening training, sensitive people, pregnant/breastfeeding women, and everyone who already gets enough caffeine from other sources (coffee, cola, pre-workout snacks).

Does Every Workout 4.0 caffeine-free even work?

Yes. The bulk of the lasting performance effect doesn’t come from caffeine but from L-citrulline malate (pump, NO formation) and creatine (phosphocreatine stores). Both active ingredients are present in the caffeine-free variant in identical dosing.

Which health claims are met?

With 3 g of creatine per daily portion, the EU health claim “Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise” is met with daily intake. Vitamin B6 contributes, according to approved claims, to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of fatigue.* Applies to both variants.

For whom is the with-caffeine variant not suitable?

Not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and people under 18 — due to the caffeine content. With high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism or known caffeine sensitivity, please consult a doctor before use — or go directly for the caffeine-free variant.
