Giveaway terms & conditions

Valid for the Instagram giveaway from 21/04/2026 to 26/04/2026

By taking part in our giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Organiser

(hereinafter referred to as "we" or "organiser")

2. Entry period

Entry to the giveaway is possible from 21/04/2026, starting with the publication of the post, until 26/04/2026, 23:59 (CEST). Entries submitted after the entry deadline will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Eligible to enter are all natural persons who:

  • have reached the age of 18,
  • are resident in Germany and can provide a valid delivery address within Germany,
  • have a public Instagram profile or one that is otherwise accessible to us.

Excluded from participation are employees of Brendler, Hardtke, Hardtke GbR and their relatives, as well as all persons involved in the design and implementation of the giveaway.

Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of any goods or services. Only one entry per person is permitted. In the case of multiple entries or entries made by unfair means (e.g. fake accounts, bots), we reserve the right to exclude the entries concerned from the giveaway.

4. How to enter

Entry is exclusively via Instagram. To take part in the giveaway, all three of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Like the relevant giveaway post on our Instagram profile @flavour_heaven.de,
  2. follow our Instagram profile @flavour_heaven.de,
  3. tag at least one other person in a comment under the giveaway post — someone you'd like to share or try the prize with.

Tagging additional people in separate comments does not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prizes

The following prizes will be drawn in total:

  • 2 × Chunky Flavour "Milky Cream Cake"
  • 4 × Truffle Mayo
  • 3 × vouchers worth 10.00 € each for our online shop flavour-heaven.de

A total of nine (9) winners will be drawn. Only one prize can be claimed per person.

Cash payouts, exchanges or transfers of prizes to third parties are excluded. Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue once dispatched and cannot be combined with other promotions.

6. Selecting the winners

After the entry period ends, the winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. One winner is drawn per prize, and the assignment of prizes to winners is also random.

7. Notification and prize handling

Winners will be notified by the end of 28/04/2026 at the latest, via Instagram direct message from our profile @flavour_heaven.de.

After being notified, winners have seven (7) days to send us the details required for shipping (full name, delivery address within Germany, plus an email address for voucher codes if applicable) by direct message and to accept the prize.

If a winner does not respond within this period, or if the contact details provided are incomplete or incorrect, the prize claim lapses without replacement. In this case, we reserve the right to redraw the prize concerned.

Physical prizes will be shipped free of charge within Germany to the delivery address provided by the winner. Voucher codes will be sent via Instagram direct message or email.

8. Exclusion and termination of the giveaway

We reserve the right to exclude participants from the giveaway who breach these terms, use prohibited tools or otherwise resort to unfair means. Prizes already awarded may be reclaimed in such cases.

We further reserve the right to end, suspend or modify the giveaway without prior notice and without giving reasons, if proper execution can no longer be ensured for technical or legal reasons.

9. Data protection

For the purpose of running the giveaway, we collect and process personal data (Instagram username; in the event of winning, additionally name and delivery address or email address). Detailed information on how we process your data in connection with giveaways can be found in our privacy notice for giveaways. Our general privacy policy and Instagram's data protection terms apply additionally.

10. Note regarding Instagram / Meta

This giveaway is in no way associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. The sole point of contact for any questions about the giveaway is the organiser named above.

11. Liability

Claims for damages against the organiser in connection with the giveaway or the awarding of prizes are excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body or health, or damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

We accept no liability for technical disruptions, in particular outages of the Instagram service, or for delays or losses in the delivery of prizes by the contracted shipping provider.

12. Final provisions

Recourse to the courts is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible rule that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
